Is this an incubator? Do you take equity?
No. We are purely physical infrastructure and a high-signal network. You keep 100% of your company. We provide the environment; you own the output.

How much does it cost?
saltıs_ is a paid workspace, but we do not publish our pricing publicly. We are optimizing for the right builders, not just trying to fill desks. Once your technical application is reviewed and approved, we will share the exact monthly rate for your permanent setup.

Can I bring my co-founder or a small team?
No. saltıs_ is strictly curated for solo founders. The entire premise is building a 10-person company by yourself using AI.

When do doors open?
We are reviewing applications now and will begin onboarding our first cohort of founding tenants in late September.

Do I get 24/7 access?
Yes. Your access works 24/7. We know builders don’t always work 9-to-5, and sometimes you just need to ship in the middle of the night.

Is it hot-desking?
Absolutely not. You get a permanent, dedicated desk with an ergonomic chair. Leave your monitor, your mechanical keyboard, and your books. It is your permanent base of operations.

Where exactly is it?
We are located at Saltimporten, Malmö’s iconic harbor hub. It is raw, industrial, and separated from the noise of the city center — the perfect environment for deep work.

I’m Rickard Hansson. I started coding on a Commodore 64 at 12 and sold my first piece of B2B software at 15, written in Pascal on my dad’s 286. No degree, no formal training.

Gainable is number six, and it’s the first one I’m building the way you’re building yours: AI-native, alone, with a stack that does the work that used to need a team of ten. It works better than it has any right to. It’s also the loneliest way I’ve ever built anything, and that’s the reason saltıs_ exists.
I still run Weavy alongside it, wired deep into Gainable’s stack, and I coach startups at MINC.
I’ll be at one of these desks too. Not as a landlord stopping by on Thursdays; as a tenant, in the room, shipping on the same Monday you are.
